MOBILE CUP 2010
Excitera Mobile Cup is the worlds largest platform-independent competition for mobile services. Students and non-students from all over the world form teams and compete for more than SEK 100 000 worth of prizes.
The theme for 2010 is "mobile services that will change the world". We challenge you to develop a mobile service that creatively helps solving a tough problem that humanity faces.
Here you will find all the information you need to compete, including rules and guidelines.
YOUR MISSION
Create a mobile service that helps solving a tough problem that humanity faces, for example within
- - Healthcare
- - Education
- - Economic Development
You can use any mobile device and software platform of your choice. Note that a perfect working implementation is not required as long as the full potential is exposed.
You are expected to deliver:
- 1. A 5-minute (or shorter) video that introduces and demonstrates your mobile service and the problem that it helps solving. As we do not require you to send in any source files, the video must show your mobile service in action. If you win a prize, however, you are required to demo your service on an actual device.
- 2. A 2-page (or shorter) description of your business idea
- 3. (A non-public live demonstration of your service, if you win a prize)
